Nicholls, Environmental, who serves as a special consultant to TTP has experience working in the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP).  His extensive knowledge of the  NJDEP including grant applications and awards allow for easier understanding of applications and communications with DEP staff. 

3)  Novita Issues Communication, headed by Ernest Landante, Jr.  Mr. Landante has over 20 + years of experience working with the State House press corps and newsrooms across NJ and beyond.   His past experience has included directing government relations and communications for the New Jersey Savings League (now the New Jersey League of Community Bankers). Additionally, Mr. Landante headed the communications department at New Jersey Network (NJN) – the state-financed public broadcasting system - and later directed operations for its nightly newscast.
